A greeting recipient ordered a birthday greeting for a co-worker.  When the recipient answered the phone I delivered the message to her.  There was silence on the other end.  Fearing she thought I was a prankster, I asked if anyone was there.  She started to laugh and said “Oh! This is a live person!” She asked if I could call her back and leave the message on her voice mail.  I gave her my number in case the connection had not been clear [I use VoIP] and did just that.
